I had a new watch that was too big so I needed to get it fitted. I had never been to Radcliffe but decided to try it out. Mandie took out some links and fitted the watch for me for free and did it on the spot! I was so impressed with her friendliness and professionalism that I just took in a piece of jewelry for repair. Great place with A+ customer service!

Radcliffe has exceptional options for jewelry and gifts. They made my custom engagement ring and wedding band and both turned out absolutely beautiful. I get compliments all the time! Michael goes above and beyond every time we come visit the store. He is extremely attentive and knowledgable about jewelry and watches. I’d recommend this place to everyone - especially those getting engaged!! Ask for Michael - he’s the best :)

I had an absolute amazing experience working with the folks over at Radcliffe. Cat and Jason made one of the biggest decisions and purchases super easy and super smooth. We had several diamonds to choose from and they taught me about diamond shopping, pricing and how to pick the perfect stone for me and my fiancé. Cat even called me and told me about a diamond different from what I looked at because she had such a great understanding of what I was looking for. It’s was a perfect process. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

A beautiful jewelry store with excellent customer service, especially considering how big Radcliffe is! My husband and I especially appreciate how we have always been treated kindly whether our budget small or large. Everyone is friendly, helpful and patient. We have special love for Jaime though and consider her a friend now after all the years of shopping with her!!!

I had such a great experience at Radcliffe! I wanted to buy a gift for my mom for her birthday, and had a very specific price range in mind. I was thrilled to learn that Radcliffe offered gifts at a range of prices. Betty was a great saleswoman; she helped me to find a beautiful serving bowl within my price range, and was so friendly and accommodating. The store has such a great selection of gifts for every occasion, and I can’t wait to go back for my next gift.
