This was the absolute hotel experience I have ever had. Booked online through the employee discount website. Arrived around 12:30 and was greeted by the OWNER at the front desk. He told me that he would not honor my reservation that I had already paid for because I got it for $67 a night and his hotel rate is $99 a night. I told him I had already paid for it and showed him the email confirmation where he told me it wasn’t his problem and I needed to call them and get my money back. Refused to work with my while I am standing there at 1 am now with my 3 month baby giving me every excuse in the book as to why he wouldn’t take me reservation. Told me he had already turned down 4 other reservations that day for the same reason. So if you book on Expedia or whatever for a better rate don’t expect him to honour it. Hotel was super dirty and ran down as well. Whatever you do, do not give this man your money.

NO STARS! DO NOT STAY HERE! Choice Hotels needs to remove this Quality Inn from their list. There is no Quality here. Booked on Priceline and very rude manager would not honor our reservation. Said he did not know why Priceline was renting out HIS rooms so cheaply ($85) and that he was over booked Said HIS rooms rent for $150. (Choice Hotels lists at $70) Said it wasn't his problem to get our $$ back. We called Priceline while standing there and they called him. He argued with them also. The front desk girls looked embarrassed to be working with him. Another woman was there who had booked online also and he had charged her again. There was standing water in the lobby ladies room. The bar/restaurant sign said opened at 7pm. Worst experience ever!

Check in and check out was the best part of this process... The ladies were very knowledgeable and efficient. The rest of the stay was remarkable... and not in a good way. There was a booger on the wall of the shower. The toilet paper holder was loose. There was a chip in paint in the ceiling the width of a softball. The place defiantly needs a refresh. Breakfast was called "hot" but food wise, it was sausage links and scrambled egg discs... I am assuming that they were eggs. My second day, they were out if eggs and yogurt. If you just need a cheap place to crash for a couple days and don't mind a few "quirks"... fine.... I would not chose to stay here with my family. Update: Stayed again last week. Not much had changed. If budget is your only concern... this is your place.

I take pride in providing honest reviews of all the places that I have done business with. This time I'm going to take pride in reviewing a place that I emphatically refuse to do business with. At this moment in time the United States Marine Corps Air Station has a planned Air Show so many hotel rooms are filling up and many hotels are coming short on vacancies. I was staying at one of the two better hotels down the road when they told me they both were having a shortage of vacancies. So with that being said I decided to look for a room at another hotel. This particular Quality Inn has an advertising on its sign near the street with a great rate.... bait and switch. When I walk up to the front desk the young lady was about to help me out when the manager/owner named Kam said that advertised rate is not offered for nightly stays, but it's only offered at a monthly term stay for contractors who are working in the area for 30 days or more. The sign out front does not say anything about being associated with monthly stays. That is deception, and bait and switch at its finest. After being told about the bait and switch, I inquired what the normal rate is and was at first offered a quote-unquote great rate of $79.99.... (clearly and inflated price due to the supply and demand of the area due to the airshow. I have never visited a Quality Inn anywhere else in the country at such a price; they are not value in my opinion at a rate of $80 per night). I told the manager or owner that I would have to do my due diligence and check the rates of other places, then he told me not to bother because they are no vacancies anywhere else in town. I told him I would feel more comfortable once doing my own personal research and I would get back to them. So I go out to my truck and I get on my smartphone Googling the area for hotels and pricing for about 5 minutes. To my surprise I was not able to find any lower-priced vacancies, and due to know about the lack of vacancies in the air show I decided to give this particular Hotel my business. To my dismay and insult, the young lady at the front desk informed me that the manager/owner told her to charge me an extra $10 if I came back because I did not accept his first solicitation. I could not believe that guy was trying to extort me for simply wanting to shop around, and then becoming so petty that he would want to charge me a $10 increase as a form of saying I told you so! I informed the young lady that I decline his narcissistic offer and that I would make sure I go to another hotel where my patronage would be appreciated. So in the last minute effort to stay in town I decided to stop by back at the Hampton Inn to see if they possibly had any cancellations, and luckily for me they did have a vacancy. And the beautiful thing is they only charged me $4 more than what the narcissistic Quality Inn manager/owner tried to extort me for! God doesn't like ugly and I damn sure don't like this Quality Inn and its POS manager/owner. Anyone that knows hotels knows that the Hampton Inn by Hilton cannot be compared to a Quality Inn. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. The Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express are located only 5 minutes south from this hotel. You will most certainly get what you pay for.

hotel is old. The horror room, the bathroom is collapsing, the bed linen is in stained spots. Pets 25 $ per night. For breakfast, the food is not the first freshness.
