Quail Hollow Apartment Homes

I've lived in Quail Hollow for almost 2 years now. The entire building has had a water heater issue for the past 10 months and I have submitted 10 maintenance requests since the start. It's still not finished. And every time I check the status of the request. The maintenance staff Mark's the status as completed but they dont fix the issue they just avoid it I would never recommend anyone living here. I now have half of a wall cut out in my kitchen and tears in the linoleum from them moving out out washing machine at an attempt to fix the water. The problem is worse now and now I have to look at holes in the walls and floor. I just called today to figure out why they haven't come back to fix it and they said they need to order parts?? No dip, why didnt you order parts the day you ripped my wall out? Now I have to wait another 2 weeks before it's fixed. do not rent out here.

Maintenance is horrible. Do not rent here. They will randomly cut your water off with no notice for hours at a time. You call them about it and they are all smart with you on the phone like it is your fault the water is off. They won't tell you anything other than it's an emergency and the water would be back on shortly. You call back in two hours saying the water is still off and they can't even tell you what they are fixing or why it's taking so long. This happened to me seven times since I've been here. Walls are super thin, place is dated, they can't even take a rent check. They make you sign up for this thing called rent cafe where you are forced to pay your rent online like I trust their online security protocols with how they ruin their apartment complex. Worst landlords I've ever hard by a mile and I've had some doosies.

My lease is almost up so I figured I’d write a review. The main problem I’ve had ever since the day I moved in was my neighbors, literally since day one. They’re always arguing, yelling, cursing at each other and their 2 year old child who also is always loud and they actively encourage it. The child is constantly yelling, screaming, crying, running around as if they live in a house. I myself have tried knocking on their door to ask them if they could be quiet since I was trying to sleep because I had to get up the next day at 6am. They didn’t answer even though I heard them as clear as day, I was ignored. We’ve written several letters to the leasing office and have even given them recordings. They’ve gotten letters and even been called but persist with their noise. Me and my wife have personally talked to the property manager about this because it’s to the point we stay in our room to avoid the noise. She seemed like she cared and wanted to handle it but they’re still loud. It’s not a knock on her, I just don’t think they’ve been hard enough so they’re not being taken serious. I will not be leasing here again.

I lived for a year and few months. It was a noisy old apartment, the floor creaked and the ceiling leaked. The managers make mistakes quite a lot. They sent an eviction mail to my family even though I paid rent fee. The calculation of the bill to me is wrong. And they put the wrong information front of my home and they didn't know my rent period. They charged gas and water fee twice for a few months. I'm so disappointed in this apartment.

Lived here for over 6 months now, by far an AMAZING property. The Property Manager Dana is full of life, you can tell she puts her heart into this property! Resident events, Grounds are always kept clean, Maintenance is very friendly and jump on Maintenance requests. You can tell all the staff members in the leasing office works as a team and are always seen walking around, I feel absolutely safe here! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!!
