Krysten was fantastic. Customer service was spot on. Answered all my questions on great detail. She went above and beyond her cal of duty. I would recommend public storage to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Horrible. 101 units were broken into in November and some of my things were stolen. The staff was somewhat rude and uncaring about the whole ordeal. Then, as they were fixing the units (robbers allegedly carved holes in the walls and walked from unit to unit unseen. There are no cameras or security guards at this OUTSIDE place anyway, so not sure why they went through the trouble. Better safe than sorry, I guess), more of my things were misplaced and I found other people's belongings in my unit! And because some people haven't come to check on their units, they refuse to open the adjacent units to look for my belongings - the things that weren't actually stolen. On top of that, there's still no security AND they just increased the rent by $20! What a way to say thanks for sticking around even though we misplaced your things and you'll likely never see them again. I'm also still going back and forth with the insurance as they need proof of every item that was stolen and misplaced. Good luck finding receipts for those family heirlooms LOL! This place is joke, and I've only felt more and more insulted as this fiasco has played on. The storage unit took zero responsibility for what occurred and rewarded the victims by raising the rent. They didn't even offer to reimburse the month when our things were stolen! Customer service at its finest. Do yourself a favor and go to iStorage that's right up the street. You can go in there 24/7, there are security cameras, and the staff is competent and thorough. I called myself being frugal by putting my things in this public storage as I was relocating, and it's one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made on my life. I'm still heartbroken over some of the things I've lost and have yet to receive an apology. Just messages and beating around the bush about how there's nothing they can do. Good luck if you put your things in here. You've been warned.

Michele was more then helpful with setting up my unit rental. Everything was well explained and she was extremely friendly.
