The absolute worst "management" experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. PMP did nothing but make every situation and process harder on the homeowners of our community. Communication with this company is completely lacking. No one besides the receptionist ever answers their phone and when you leave a voicemail it is never returned. When I've sent emails I get a vague response to one question and the rest of my questions go unanswered. I couldn't be happier that our HOA fired PMP as their "management" company. Good riddance!

The property manager stinks, takes months to do a simple task. The office staff take so long they forget what your original ask was. They take their sweet time fulfilling requests. Get real man, you guys suck

I have used PMP since 2003 and have had zero problems. My questions have been addressed promptly. Any problems have been addressed and resolved promptly. Any architectural change requests were returned in a timely manner. Tammy and Hannah and the rest of the staff have been great to work with. I would highly recommend PMP.
