Seen the ad in the Mint magazine and called , fully expecting just the 2 room price of about $45.00. Once Morgan arrived and did the walk though and agave me options to help increase the life of the carpet I wasn't upset about the new price. Based on the before and seeing the after it was well worth it! I'll definitely use their service again and hope that Morgan can make it out! Loved the fact that he was honest and no BS! Great job! What can I say about Paul and Ray? I was impressed they have my carpet looking new again. They showed me all the pet urine stains that I could not see. I was disguisted that it was so many. I had my carpet cleaned a few times before by other companies and not one time did they show or ask if I wanted treatment for that. They were also the first ones to take my area rug and runners to get treated as well (extra cost). I highly recommend the company and those gentlemen. I will be getting my air ducts cleaned next and will use them for that as well. I loved the honesty, respect and professionalism.

i have 3 cats and a dog (older dog) who has accidents on the carpet. I saw Precision Carpet"s Ad in a magazine which was very timely and the ad had good informative information I called for an appointment, Chandler Leggettt came to clean the carpet he was right on time and so kind, he explained how the cleaning would be done and what to expect . He did an excellent job, but more so he had a caring attitude and took responsibility for his work. I would hire Precision again because of Chandler, any company is only as good as the people that work with them. Thank you for a Great job..

I was definitely a little sticker shocked on the initial quote of the service, but Paul and Jim worked with me to provide their best service and didn’t stray too far off from my budget. I was ready to spend half of my Saturday cleaning my carpet, but once we came to a price that we were able to agree on, it was a done deal. Before I had the time to even change my mind, they were done. The good thing was there was no buyer’s remorse. I got most of my Saturday back with clean carpets!

I was presently surprised with the service I received today. Morgan And Larry were my services technicians. They were right on time and spent time explaining to me what the were going to. Morgan asked me if I wanted my upholstery cleaned, but without pressuring. He offered a discount if I chose to have the service done, which I did. They also made sure to deep clean the areas that were extremely sore. I’m glad I chose Precision Carpet and look forward to seeing then next year!
