Polished Nail Salon

I cannot say enough great things about Polished! I work right next door, so not only is it incredibly convenient, the salon itself is just adorable. The atmosphere is always fun. In addition, we tried a dip color yesterday that didn't turn out quite the way we expected. The color was more of an orange tone when we expected nude. I have a huge event this weekend, and just wanted to love it a little more than I did. It was no one's fault- Tracy did an absolutely amazing job, the color just wasn't what we expected. Tiffany, their coordinator, is quite possibly one of the kindest, most hospitable human being's I've ever met. She is stellar in her customer service, and her enthusiasm. She got me in right away this morning to get the color corrected with Tracy, and the color we picked the second time was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much, Polished staff! Truly an amazing salon in all aspects.

Went several weeks ago to get gel powder. Was a little confused as to why the man never filed my nails or did any cuticle work but figured he was new or something. I paid $40 not including tip (for terrible looking nails). Yesterday I went again for gel powder. The lady is taking the polish off and says "would you like me to do a manicure? $5 extra for file, $10 for cuticles, trim, and file." I was so taken aback, but I had gone for a manicure, so I said cuticles and my nails. That total before tip came to be $55. There is no specific Gel Powder Manicure pricing on the site, but judging from the "Basic Gel Manicure" for $35, I would have expected to pay around that for a full manicure with gel powder. No matter how I work the numbers, $40 for just gel powder and the $55 for a gel powder manicure don't quite add up.

Great service! I walked in and was greeted as I entered by the nearest employee. I didn't make an appointment, but they were able to get me in within 20 minutes and the place was packed! John listened to exactly what I wanted and was wonderful to work with. I will be back!

Got a pedicure and my toenails completely chipped off my big toes in less than a week. My last pedicure elsewhere the color lasted legit 4 months. My toenails are uneven. My gel manicure was peeling up after a week and my tech did not get very close to the edges of my nails at all. The cost is definitely not worth it.

Great gel but they are too expensive. I was charged 40 bucks for a gel polish. The atmosphere is beautiful and they offer wine!
