Pj Watch & Jewelry Repair

What a wonderfully professional and friendly place. The gentleman who waited on me was very courteous, pleasant, smiled and called me by name. I like that in customer service. I wish I had asked him his name so I could thank him personally in this review. He simply sized my new Seiko watch I had received as a gift for my birthday, but kudos to great customer service! Need more of this man's attitude in the world. Thank you!

This is the only place I go, the only place I ever refer my friends and family for any and all jewelry and watch repairs. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and it seems that no job is too big for them. Prices have always been reasonable and their work impeccable. I followed them from their original location on the Golden mile and will continue to remain a loyal customer!

Terrible customer service. Brought in a very expensive bracelet that had broken, and lost a few link. When I brought this bracelet in I informed them it had lost links and would need new ones put on, I was told no it would be fine and wouldn’t be too small. I was also told I would be called with a price and time. A week passed and no phone call, so my husband had to call and make sure they didn’t lose it. He was told it would take at least another week. When we went in to pick up this bracelet it was of course way too small, the man working here proceeds to argue with me and tell me I never asked for more links, which of course I had. He refused to just fix and continued to tell me I was wrong and had never asked for more links. No apology, no offering to fix it, just calling me a liar and jacking up the price of more links. This is also not the first issue I have had here. My husband had brought in a watch to have the battery replaced, instead of replacing the battery the (same) man working here just blew air into the watch and told us t was ok. So as expected the watch did not work and we had to take it elsewhere to get fixed. DO NOT trust this place. They are scam artists who will lie right to your face and then turn around and call you the liar!

I just got a new watch and needed to get the band re-sized to fit me. I wasn't sure where to go, so went to the mall. I stopped at a jewelry store and they didn't have the tools for my watch and they recommended PJ Watch and Jewelry Repair. I dropped off the watch to have it resized, and they had it ready for me when I came back just a few minutes later. Both people I talked with at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back for any other watch related repairs in the future.

This store is excellent. Not only do they sell watches but they also service them.
