As small business owners, every dollar counts. We couldn't be happier with Phoenix's prices and service. After getting great assistance from their team regarding design, we placed an urgent order for several single-run large posters. The quality was fantastic and the prices were great! When the order was ready and knowing it was urgent, Phoenix contacted us to let us know that they had a courier delivering a different order nearby and would be happy to drop ours off for free to save us the drive across town. That is exceptional customer service! We will definitely continue using Phoenix for our marketing and printing needs!

We've ordered from Phoenix Media several times now, from beautiful glossy promotional post cards to trade show banners. Not only is the team incredibly responsive their chat system is quick and you get connected immediately, but anytime an order may have not turned out correctly, they have been quick to re-do the shipment at no charge. Their service has been fantastic and we only order from them.

I first discovered Phoenix a few years ago while working for a nonprofit theatre company, and have gone on to use them for my printing needs working at two other small Portland businesses. I like using Phoenix because they're fast, affordable, and local, so it's easy to pick up last-minute orders without having to worry about expedited shipping fees. I also love supporting Portland-based and eco-friendly businesses. They also have great customer service and are very reliable.

Lots of printers will give you good quality, and lots have good prices--BUT Phoenix stands out in their customer service and concern. I tend to have one issue or another and every single time, they handle it with such professionalism and ease. I can't recommend them highly enough! I mean seriously, 100% of the 16 reviews on Google are 5 stars? That only happens if they pay people to write it, their employees post the reviews...or they are truly outstanding. They are TRULY OUTSTANDING!

By Janet: Patrick and Ron were amazing about getting my project set up and produced, while meeting my Christmas! deadline. It was a very small job, and needed a lot of hands-on custom prep work. Patrick was so "can do," and creative and helpful. The job turned out perfectly. This was my second printing job with Phoenix, and I am very happy with both results. Bonus that they are walking distance from my house!

Update....Ordering again today. This place can't be beat. Thanks Patrick. . I have dealt with Ron for over a decade now...amazing place. Fast... Just had some Mirror Hangers designed by Patrick. We get all of our business cards here....Printed Price Tags... This place is a gem. Phoenix Media is amazing! I forgot I ordered a box of business cards and they held them for me no problem for months on end! My banner I ordered as well came out crisp and fresh, really helped me out at events. Looking forward to doing business again!
