Phillips Electronics Alarm

Phillips is the best out there! Their customer service far exceeded our expectations and our experience working with them has been much more pleasant than other big name alarm system providers out there. Highly recommended!

I have been a client for nine years now and have met with nothing but efficiency, helpfulness, and politeness from the staff at Phillips Electronics. The company employees have always impressed me with their skills and knowledge in the field of security. And this company has the very rare practice of trying NOT to raise the customer's rate. I have been paying the same low monthly rate since my last upgrading of equipment. Prior to that, I paid the same rate seven years or more! I could not recommend this company more highly.

These guys are great to work with, very professional and helpful. They were flexible with the install schedule and got everything in place in a timely manner. Sam and Chris have been great about quickly answering any follow-up questions. Ive been very satisfied with their service so far. It's nice to see a real difference in customer service you get with a smaller, local company.

We have been a Phillips customer for over 25 years. They consistently provide outstanding service. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our most recent technician, Doug, did a great job upgrading our system and troubleshooting a phone hookup issue we had during the installation. They are a Portland company who take great pride in their business. I highly recommend their security services.

Brian Allen and Jason Hogan did a first class job in converting our outmoded system to the up-to-date panels, etc. However, what was most impressive next to their expertise was their meticulous cleanliness. After they cleaned up, one wouldn't have known any workmen were here - making big points with my wife. To make some minor fine tuning to suit our tastes, Brian was "Johnny on the spot. Thanks.
