Pets & Such

I've been coming here for a while - they always have tons of staff helping customers and caring for the animals. They've never ran out of crickets on me and the animals all appear well taken care of. They sell quality product, keep things in stock, and it's clean... don't have a single complaint about this pet store. Love coming here!

I had such a great experience at Pets and such. The knowledgeable staff helped answer any of the questions I had. I ended up getting everything I need for my new tank setup in one visit. Their selection of small pets is great and the store is well maintained and the animals all look like they are being taken care of. I would definitely visit again!

I bought a green tree python from Pets and Such at the reptile expo and it died less than a week later. One of their employees helped me pick out the right set up and everything and I followed all their instructions, so I’m pretty upset it died so quickly. I called Jesse, manager over reptiles, and asked if he’d make it right by refunding me either in cash or in store credit at the least. Jesse was very rude on the phone and basically said tough luck. After following all the instructions from the employee, spending $500+ on the animal and equipment, I’m shocked Jesse couldn’t offer anything to help. He didn’t even say sorry for your loss. Clearly Jesse doesn’t care about his customers after they’re out the door.

This is the best pet store in the valley. It's local, has a great variety, and the people really know their stuff. They have an awesome selection for reptiles, birds, and fish. It's hard to find so many of the things they stock anywhere but online.

Ok... 😔 I walked in with my family, so we can check out prices. The customer service from the employees did not meet my expectations. PETS AND SUCH have a great variety of exotic reptiles, beautiful furry creatures, and a good variety of accessories for your pets. I believe that friendly smiles from the employees in this pet store can earn them 5 stars. 💯🙃
