Unprofessional grooming salon experience. Called for a cat hair cut and could only get an appointment 2 weeks out at a time that required me to leave work early. When I called to say I would be 5 mins late the day of (cat is already in the car with me) the receptionist said my appointment was canceled and that I was notified about it. I did not receive a single phone call, text, or voicemail and had to make special arrangements to leave my job early. I said I didn't know this but she insisted I was told- I wasn't. I called another local groomer and they were able to see me the very next day, and they did a fabulous job. I will not use this store's services after this irritation because it makes me question leaving my pet with them.

Just stay away. I went to Petco in mid January looking to grow my family with two rats. I wanted a same sex pair. They assured be all their rats were male, and I could pick any two. I brought them home and within a few days the smaller rat got very sick. I had to return it to Petco where yes they got him treated and called me to come get him a week later with no calls in between. I had no idea what was going on. Fast forward a few weeks, that same small rat is now pregnant, male my ass. Petco offered to let me "return her". She has been part of my family for almost two months now. I dont want to just give her up. So now I have to go out and buy double the equipment as well as pay to have the male rat neutered. Do yourself a favor and just stay away.

They always have good bird toys which is hard to find in most pet stores!

Very well behaved and healthy guinea pigs. Hard to find staff when purchasing pets (or in general)
