Great experience with our rental. Great counter person, truck was clean and ran well, wasnt nickel and dimed with add ons. Def go to these guys over U-Haul up the street.

Not the warm reception one might expect first thing in the morning at a place of business. No greeting at all from any of the staff. If you have to get a vehicle serviced, you must speak with Bob, who will finish his personal call before acknowledging your presence other than with an occasional side glare.
Once he deems to fit you into his very busy schedule that YOU interupted, there will be a lecture about DOT or the 45 years this location has been opening at 6am, why did you not call that the truck needed a tire...chrisma not included.
I usually go to the Jessup location...phenomenal team there...they manage to work AND speak to people respectably. Imagine that.

Promise a lot and don't deliver or responds back.  Promise with a good rate but when you start talking, they tell you this is the best we can do even though I was with them for 3 years and keep raising my prices.   Bad customer service even their supervisor.  :(
