Disrespectful!!! Today at may 4 at 12:35 I went inside the store , walked to the end of the front counter where they inflate the balloons , looked for what I was looking for ( couldn’t find it ) meanwhile the manager I assume ( a heavyset black lady ) was inflating some balloons and asking an employee to stay one more hour ( gay/Lesbian girl ) ( no disrespect intended) to what she reply she couldn’t because her moms will be upset ( I KNOW ALL THIS BECAUSE NOT UNTILL THEY WERE DONE TALKING THE EMPLOYEE ASK ME IF I NEEDED HELP , I ask her for a heart shape balloon small size ( couldn’t see it on the wall) she reply : yeah we have them ! Just go pay at the cashier ... 6 customers in line , nobody was trying to help the cashier to get customers out , finally ! When was 3 of us left finally the employee ( gay girl ) ask he could help next in line ! Then I was next , I ask the cashier ( small girl with glasses maybe 4 ft tall ) what I needed ( 2 SMALL HEART SHAPE BALLOONS) she reply that would take 2 hours for me to get them ) I obviously ask REALLY? Than with attitude ( ITS OBVIOUS SHE DID NOT WANTED TO BE THERE ( working today ) ) I felt her disrespect while she was heading to the manager, so I said ; I CAN ASK HER IF YOU WANT ME 2 ?) but she didn’t reply and kept walking , THE MANAGER. CAME TO THE REGISTER ( while this happening a customer , nice lady that later I saw at the pets store ; works cross street) was listening and watching , The manager ask me ! WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU ???? .. the cashier didn’t even bother to tell her what I wanted ( obviously about me getting 2 BALLOONS RIGHT AWAY ) so I said : she didn’t tell you ????? ... me: I want 2 heart shape balloons!!!! ME: HOW COME WHEN I WAS ASKING ABOUT THE BALLOONS WHERE YOU WERE , YOU DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO TELL ME IT WILL TAKE 2. Hours ?????? ( I guess she got mad and instructed the small cashier to Do it for me and just put WHITE RIBBON STRING !!!( I don’t know if that’s a big deal or I didn’t deserved color ribbon string) ME: YOU KNOW WHAT ? DONT EVEN BOTHER ( to the manager ) SHE IS PISS OFF (pointing at the small cashier ) SHE DOESN’T WWANT TO BE HERE ,NEVER MIND !!! ITS SAD YOU KNOW , NOBODY WANTS TO WORK ANYMORE EVEN THEY GET PAID TO DO SO ,,, ITS JUST SAD .... and I walk out .... I understand ! We all have those days when you just don’t want to be there !! But remember that you choose to work there , to help ppl in a time of happiness or sorrow! ( balloons for al occasions) they make you feel like they doing you a favor !!! And in all honesty!! ITS SO SAD TO SEE THAT THEY HAVE NO PRIDE OR HONOR AND RESPECT TO US , US WHO PUT FOOD IN THEIR TABLE OR A ROOF !!!..... all I needed was 2 balloons.... 2””” ... I even told them no string ! That that would be ok !!! SO SAD ! SO SAD .... SO IF YOU LOOKING FOR A MOMENT OF MILD DISAPPOINTMENT,.. head out to the store PARTY CITY BY LAKE MEAD AND RAINBOW... I promise you , you won’t be disappointed!!! Ps. I will make a formal complaint , it’s time somebody stand up for what’s right . !!!!!

Customer service here is a joke. Came here to do a return as they wanted to turn me away my wife came in and let them know there was a way they can pull it up. Then when the manager came she then took the info and found it never had the audacity to come back and apologize for their mistake. Then the girl whom was doing our return completely was ignoring us then walked away after she left the return receipt on the counter. Didn't even say "okay you're all set". Childish workers.

I bought a giant number balloon, and the balloon is not even fully filled with helium! It's almost like the balloon is 2 days old! Each balloon I bought cost $10. I don't recommend this store! You guys ruined my BIRTHDAY! Also the staff has attitude! They don't even know how to greet or tell details!
