All of the employees were super friendly. I was looking for a light, but the only lights in my price range were strobe lights. I was concerned about the seizure risk for one of my students, so they took it up to the counter to plug it in and let me test it first. Ultimately, I didn't go with the light, but the other decorations were so cute and the staff was very knowledgeable

Worst customer service ever! We came to buy a knight costume for my son a week after Halloween. We asked to see the costume choices and they said we couldn’t. I asked if they are still selling costumes and they said yes but we have to know which one we want. They couldn’t show us which costumes they had and we would have to go online. What kind of costume store is that? Ridiculous!
