Came 4 times to my house to get rid of pests.  Never got rid of them.  Charged me for each visit.  Apparently do they not guarantee their own work.

3 sprays between 7 weeks, bed bugs are still here. The person working with us was nice though.

They never showed up to the appointment. Days later, the office  un-apologetically called to schedule another appointment with no explanation.
