Greyhound lost my bag on December 31st. They had me fill out a  lost baggage claim, and made me wait 30 days to get a status, after the 30 days they have no lost baggage claim for me. I don't believe the Greyhound clerk is submitting my lost baggage claim and can't even get a greyhound supervisor to listen to me.

I have been traveling on Greyhound since the age of 5. I travel every couple months from Florida to Alabama. It's not always perfect, and the buses may not always arrive or leave on time. But I have no complaints. Some buses are new, some old. Just have everything you need, and read your tickets

The Greyhound bus station is inside the store and it has an Arby's attached to it

Terrible staff. Bus broken down, no idea what's going on, no information from desk. Terrible place.
