Came in, a worker named Dan asked if need help immediately, I showed him the parts, less than 4-5 minutes from the time I walked in to leaving with the proper parts. Incredible customer service, will drive the extra miles to get treated like that! Thanks guys!!

I never write reviews, however I would give this negative stars if I could. Racist! Sexist! I was treated like a peace of dirt Asian little girl. I am an Asian American, Born and raised in West Des Moines, IA! How dare these people! And the Manager Terry (unsure of spelling?) was the WORST of ALL! SO belittling, condescending and just hateful. If Northern Tool knows what's best, they would get rid of this so called manager ASAP. I will never go here again, and if you're a decent human being and actually care about people regardless of how they LOOK, you would not either.
