North Miami Beach Bus Station

The door at the station was locked and it started to rain (I got weat head to toe, including my laptop)...I was there by 9pm. my ticket said 0935pm. At 10pm I called and they said a 3 to 4 hours delay. They told me to come back at 1230 pm. I came back at 12 pm, the Uber was kind enough to wait for my bus to arrived so I dont get weat for the second time. The bus never arrived. I called them around 1 am they said call in the morning. Now I missed my daughters bday party, spent like 80 dollars on Uber, and they don’t want to even reimburse my money for the tickets. Their the worst transportation company that I have ever seen in my life.

DO NOT DO NOT BUY A TICKET FOR THIS BUS COMPANY , we got here on time and we had to be on Orlando by the time it claimed we where going to get there and it turns out THAT IS GOING TO BE 5 hours late and if does not get here then we have to come tomorrow ! What kind of bus company does that . AND THEY don't refund !!!DO NO I repeat buy from here . I am still waiting for my bus.. it was suppose to leave at 11:25 and it's currently 1:45 am :( I am going to be late for my flight to Chicago :( this sucks . And to top it off the bus is coming in full so who knows If we will get seats .. horrible horrible experience .

Miami Transit is huge. The Golden Glades Bus Terminal needs upgrading. At the moment, Three Stars is official for now.

North Miami is a large city but has never been adequately served by Greyhound. Greyhound Miami North location is a very difficult place to find since it is in a remote location hidden behind the Golden Glades transportation center and the “building” and sign are blocked from public view by tall trees and high bushes. So, going there for the first time is a nightmare for all even Uber drivers. But, even worse is the dilapidated trailer that is used to serve the public. Its small, dirty appearance shows a lack of respect for paying passengers. The old trailer is deteriorating with large holes in front. So, passengers living in the North Miami area have to deal with this hidden, unsafe location and nasty trailer accommodations. But, to top it off Miami North passengers are put through more inconvenience when their bus drives past the Miami North location and drops them off at the Miami Airport stop where they have to wait hours for a bus going back to the Miami North location. Or, passengers are dropped off at the Ft. Lauderdale location where they have to wait hours for a bus to take them to the Miami North location. Greyhound’s service to North Miami is typical of companies in the U.S. that do not believe they need to spend money in areas where there is a majority of minority residents. This practice is so wrong!

Never again and i stay 5min away the people who worked there was late the time i suppose to leave and when i purchase a ticket a week before a man where on the with his girlfriend i ask guess and were mad because i had several question before i brought my ticket
