This was my first visit to a beach ever. The view was wonderful . Very clean atmosphere. I will definitely be staying there again if I have the chance to go again. We had more than enough room to accommodate the number of guests. Felt like home away from home. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

I would not recommend this place, appliances did not work, only one small burner out of four that worked on the stove, toaster didn't work. The fridge would not keep anything cold, had to throw out a lot of food. Not enough hot water to even get a quick shower, let alone anyone else be able to shower, not good when there are several people staying there. Owners were rude, treated us like everything was our fault? We were told by Angelo....."your at Ocean City, you can not expect the comforts of home?" It cost enough, I expect decent treatment! Stay else where!

DO NOT STAY!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! This place would not even have a 1 star but google doesn’t just let you right a review!. The manager was rude and disrespectful! I stayed for 1 night. Had to pay $500. And pay a security deposit which is fine but I knew I would get it back as the manager told me. When checked in to the room we walked to the rental home and he showed me around and turned on the TV and said it doesn’t work. “ the people that stayed before didn’t report it”... after he had left I tried to get a feel for the place and it smelled awful, the room was just moist and gross! The photos are false advertisement!!! Anyways... when I sat down my but was wet and from sitting on ANYTHING! The bathroom had a wet towel In it from the person who had stayed last I guess... When I went to use the bathroom for the first time the carpet in the bathroom was drenched in water!!! It felt as if the manager took a power washer to hose down the nastiness of the place out. Later during the night the manger Angelo came in and out as he pleased! NOT OK!!!! Opened the door with out warning! SCARY!!!! Not happy about my stay at all! The night had come to an end and your to supply your own sheets and blankets and pillows, as I did and when I payed them out with in 5 mins!!!! Moist felt and was damp and gross was not comfortable to stay in that room! When I had tried to stay in the bed it was soaked of moistness and just WET!!! I Had to force myself to sleep! Bugs on the beds! Couch broken and blinds broken, A/C was not the look of the night because it made the room stink even more than what it did!! Tried to open a window and couldn’t even. Felt like jail! Could not do anything! I would never recommend staying here!!! The following next day check out you had to be out by 10am yet I was at the office 20 minutes early and had to wait 45 mins because Angelo put others before you! Not the most amazing customer service! Should be first come first served! When you check out he walks you back to the rental home to check everything out and everything that was mentioned when I came into the building that was bad or broken he tried to blame on me! I took pictures with time stamps because I already had a sketchy feeling about him but I needed a place to stay!! I wouldn’t even let an ant stay there!! AWFUL!!! Never NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Spend your money somewhere else and go talk to people that will take your comfort serious!

Got charged $400 for breaking a shower handle THAT WE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT BREAK. Taken advantage of and they know it. I used the shower 45 mins before we left and it was fine. Don't understand why it costs that much in the first place. Don't know how else to put it. Shifty owners, avoid the place, especially if you're not with a family. Like most landlords, out to take advantage of the "college aged crowd."

DO NOT STAY HERE, LISTEN TO ME. Let me tell you what, first off if I could put zero stars I would no doubt. Spent a single night in the most moist gross dark out dated small house, with a shyster of a landlord, at check in I had to pee so bad, luckily Angilo let me use the bathroom in his office at check in, wow what a nice guy for that, but wait..... he told me that he let some one use the bathroom right before me, after the fact I walked in and it smelled soooooooooooo bad, this guy literally took the nastiest smelling dump right before I used the bathroom and wouldn’t own up to it or put the blower fans on, then lied and said some other person was in there when he was the only one in that small cramped office. The owner also likes to show up randomly at the front door, what a unpleasant experience and very privacy invasive. We also payed our security deposit in an envelope with cash and he wanted to return it in card..... did I mention how moist the room was? I would never recommend this place to anyone it felt like a cave more than anything, and after reading reviews of the beds having bed bugs I’m beyond livid, the owner is only in it for the money will try to keep your security deposit even if nothing is broken and by the way he promised WiFi and cable but the place had neither cable or WiFi and he just brushed it off his shoulders, by the end of the day the owners are bamboozlers and will try everything to steal you out of your hard earned money in there gross caves of a house.
