NOAHS' Preferred Properties Management Company

I know this company has a reputation for random inspections and eating the security deposit, but silly me wanted to keep my son in the same school so I inquired about a rental a couple streets over that appeared to be better kept. I wanted to view the property but wasn’t given specifics about what the landlord was seeking outside of general words like “credit, good rental history” For example, some ads will list specific credit scores or income requirements so that you can easily know if you qualify. As a person with good credit and rental history, I don’t want to pull my credit and risk a score drop for arbitrary or discriminatory reasons. Unfortunately that’s a real issue which is why I ask questions. I was quickly turned off by Quincy’s short response to my asking for specifics, stating “per my last email” which indicated to me that he didn’t feel he needs to inform me before I hand over my social security number and other important data. It should be noted that his emails were lacking in the use of fluid grammar and punctuation. This may have been because he was using a phone, but truth is he was rude and confusing. I let him know his response was rude and ended the conversation. As a long term renter and professional, I simply want to find a suitable home, move in and be done with any extra shopping around. I sought specifics to not waste my time or the owners time as a serious renter. He lost out on a good, meticulous tenant who treats rental property as her own.

I worked with Noah's from 2010-2017 as a landlord and they found me great tenants, handled all tenant's needs on my behalf which reduced a lot of stress on me and kept regular communication as needed. Fidel Gomez and John Board were especially helpful throughout my relationship with Noah's and despite my deciding to sell the property which would end our work together, they continued to treat me with respect, took time out of their busy schedules to assist me with questions and concerns promptly as I prepared the property to be sold and I feel comfortable recommending them as a competent management company for both landlords and tenants. Their home improvement and repair depart, A to Z, was equally prompt, fairly priced and did great work with a variety of repairs and renovations I hired them to complete over the years. I'm a satisfied customer, thank you Noah's!

My sister and I worked with Noah’s beginning in October. From emails to calls, Marc was incredibly responsive and helpful. This was my first time signing a lease for a condo and I didn’t know much. He always responded to my questions quickly. He also seemed like he cared a lot about my sister and I getting the property. He was accommodating and made the process much less scary. I highly recommend them!

This company has a systematic approach to the handling of the property. I've had very positive experiences with them and had been with this company for over five years; to save money, I had switched to another management company, but realized that the consistency and discipline with which Noahs Property and those with the company such as Mr. Quincy Charles handled the property, I've always appreciated very much. In addition, any repairs or problems related to the property are well documented and are helpful during tax time. I'd give this company a two thumbs up for overall performance.

I have had bad experience finding tenants myself. I went with Noah's following a reputable real estate agent's recommendation and I'm so glad that I did. Marc was very informative and efficient. His suggestions saved me thousands of dollars and my property was rented to excellent tenants in less than a month. I will definitely use Noah's Preferred Properties again!
