New Village

Stars demoted for a safety concern: all of their high chair safety belts were broken and therefore unusable. Their food has been good in the past, and this time was all right but not up to par with previous visits. Any parent of a child that requires a high chair, inspect them yourself before sitting down to your meal!

I have given this place 3 chances to exceed expectations. Every time I order here the good seemed to degrade in taste and quality. I never write reviews but with how low the quality of food seems to keep going, no taste, thine sauces, always different for the same foods, and the wait time to recieve food when no one is in the restaurant is unforgivable. The staff on the other hand is very friendly, seems to be the only thing they have going for them.

This is the place for Hong Kong cruisine. The food is Outstanding. Atmosphere is like being in Hong Hong. Will always go there. Keep up the delicious food. Thanks

I asked them straight up " what type of beef do you put it in the food". ( like is it steak or what is it?). He gave me a dumb half answer the first 3 times then I said go ask the chef. They talked in there language for about 2/3 min and said " we don't know". How do you not know what type of beef your putting in my food or is it real beef in the first place ?????!!! I left so quick and will never eat someone's food that can't tell me the ingredients. They POISONING us !! Sorry I won't be a victim lol

This is now the 4th owner changed over since 2014.. it is worse off than before.. For starters..the portions has become smaller and the prices has increased from the previous owner.. not to mention tasteless cantonese food. Puts Hong kong people to shame and I am from HK!! Buyer's beware Check your itemized receipt bc they will over charge you what they want and not what is $ on the menu. They use tiny dessert size bowls for rice that won't even filled up a toddler's stomach. If you asked for another bowl of rice they will charge you.. finally the waitresses are Terrible and have no customer service skills what's so ever. They take your order, bring you the food and leave you alone unless you look Asian with money in your eyes. The wait staffs doesn't speak much English and cannot understand what you're saying. My wife made me try this place twice and twice they have failed my expectations. I tried speaking with the manager/ owner but everyone denied to be neither! SMH!!!! bottom line DO Yourself A Favor and Do Not Go There!! Extremely disappointed.. Uncle Shu needs to come back to run this place once again!
