Mosaic at Metro Apartments

Great staff and great location. Rashad was very helpful throughout the entire application process. He even followed up with me on his day off. I toured the property with Craig and he was so kind to interrupt his lunch to assist us in looking for our new home. I was able to meet the Service Manager as well, he has great knowledge of the community and was able to answer all of my questions in full details. Everyone was so nice and eager to assist our needs. Definitely would recommend Mosiac at Metro!

I would not recommend anyone live here. I lived here for a year and the carpet on the 4th floor was never once replaced even though there were stains all over the carpet from people dragging trash. Multiple times I would walk out of my apartment to see dog poop in the hallways. The trash chute is in the parking garage and so unless you live next to the parking garage prepare to walk at least 5 minutes to throw out your trash. Trash chute area was constantly cluttered with garbage. There is only one recycling bin, located on the 1st floor. Very inefficient. The only positive about this place is how close it is to the metro. Very poorly managed, find another place.

I have never enjoyed a move more. Cassie is the best leasing consultant I have ever met. Any questions I had she answered them and any fears I had she calmed them. I lived in my other complex for 24 years so this move was to say the least a "new experience". To the staff at The Mosaic at Metro I say "Thank You" and to Cassie especially I say "Kudos for all that you do". I really feel like I'm "home"

This is the 3rd Equity community I've lived in so far, and I must say that Mosaic has been the best. The location is perfect, it's newer and the space is amazing throughout the entire apartment, especially the 2bd bedroom space. The office team is amazing in any service request are completed in no time. I highly recommend Mosaic to my friends.

Staff is very professional particularly Cassie who was very nice. Place is modern, clean and meets our needs
