My driver was very polite and carried a great conversion on my way to the shop.  It definitely helped with the stress from having to have the car towed to begin with.

The company kept in touch with me and let me know when the driver was coming. It was cold outside and he told me to wait in the truck and he'd take care of everything. Plus he had the heat cranking to keep me comfortable. They were a little late but it was due to a system crash and I didn't have to wait long. The driver was friendly and polite.

The driver was professional and courteous. I'm handicapped so I can't get up in the tow truck. He stayed with me until someone picked me up. The service was quick. I was quoted a hour and he arrived within 20 minutes of my call to Geico!!
