I received one of the many flyers in the mail for refinancing, was sketchy at first, but gave them a call, turns out it was the best decision i have made in years. the company IS REAL, they are a total team, located in Westminster MD, i live in PA, refinanced my home and paid off (almost) all my debt, a little high on the closing costs. took about 1.5 months from start to finish, they paid for appraisal and everything . closing done AT your house. they send an agent. Interest rate was reasonable to market value. so don't worry if your considering a refinance, or equity loan, they ARE legit, and do it all, secure website portals for transfer of documents , phone calls anytime you want. many team members to assist you . Go for it, Great Job Meridian team....

The refinance went smooth with Meridian. They kept me in the loop during the underwriting process and let me know exactly what was needed on my part throughout. I would highly recommend them if you are a Veteran and would like to use your equity in your home to help you get out of debt.

Working with the team at Meridian was very interesting. Team was respectful and knowledgeable. The team members were accessible when needed and returned phone calls within a reasonable period of time. The only problem that I notice was I did not know who to call when or if I needed to speak with someone. I just left a phone call on anyone phone and the call was returned. I did not know who was responsible for what area of the transaction. We got through it successfully eventually. Special thanks to all of you.

Began the refinancing process mid October. 3 and 1/2 months ago and still have no idea when we are closing the loan. My husband an I have good credit, never missed a mortgage payment in the 18 years I’ve lived in my home and they keep telling me “waiting on one more thing”. Absolute nightmare!!! I would go with another company, but if feels like I am committed to this process. And it hurts our credit to explore other options. Wish I never heard of this company. Run, far far away if you’re considering refinancing!!!! I would give them a ZERO, if I could. So very, truly and utterly disappointed!!!!!

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. They kept me well informed during the entire process. Would highly reccomend. Nick Outen and Mark Mitchell are great, kudos guys!
