The Worst McDonald's You Could Ever Visit! Every time I went there, I always got an order messing. And I'm seriously thinking it's intentional. If you got the full order, it's probably you got half an order. Either your burger got no cheese no condiments. You would order a fry, but then you'll get half full. Also, they have a higher priced menu than the ones nearby just check the app and see for yourself. The staff doesn't care about you or your order, maybe with the exception of one older lady. You say you order 4 condiments and then the staff responds to you by saying I gave you one and it should be enough. Have a look at the pictures attached in this review! This culture of carelessness reflects that of the manager and the branch operator. It's completely unacceptable, and I'll be personally reporting this to corporate because this location keeps tarnishing its image.
Sausage McMuffin and eggs are always perfect for breakfast. This restroom & store is clean and the service is fast. Staff are friendly as well.
They have clean bathrooms, so you don’t have to worry about that one.  They are Organized in there customer service, so again you in the good.  Food comes out fast.   Music that's played sets a great vibe.   The price seems reasonable to me.   Covid hasn't stopped them yet,  definitely a place to show love and support.
You have to be on your knees and beg to use the bathroom at this McDonald's. I understand closing the bathroom from people who aren't customers but if that is as important as making customers happy. You should have a dedicated person helping customers get into the bathroom. Don't even bother using the self service kiosks, you'd still have to go beg for the food you ordered at the counter. Horrible experience, never coming back here
I usually use the kiosk when I come here, but I was with a friend who preferred not to use it. A worker came up to us and asked us to use the kiosk instead. When I politely declined, she gave me the biggest attitude that I've ever encountered. I asked if there was something wrong with using the register, and not only didn't she answer, she rolled her eyes and neck. A man who I assume was the manager said that the register was for receipts. ???????? Why are there so many employees there, if we're being forced to use the machines instead of going to the register? There was no line and it wasn't crowded. The kiosk doesn't always work. I went there the other day, and the kiosk I was at didn't work. I can't believe how terrible the service is here.
It is 10:41 pm on 10/25/2022 I have been twice thru this McDonald’s and both time has been at night like at this same time, the order lady that’s their I am assuming that’s the manager she has no customer services skill, she lacks a lot of credentials of what it takes to be a manager, she is rude and always talks to you like you begging for food like you ain’t paying for it, also she love to put other people in front off you. This has to be the worse McDonald’s I have been in. Twice, gave it the benefit that they may have had a bad day but the case is that they are always like this.
Horrible service. No wonder they have 3.7. First in foremost, not answering at the drive-thru and then first order taker laughing and then switching over to another employee. Then there was another lady who answered and this one is giving an attitude the whole time while missing items in our order. This location is very unprofessional especially hearing the employees and seeing them fool around. Everytime we are either missing items in our order or dealing with all of their attitudes. I work for a fast food as well as an RGM and the way these employees need to be handle and trained needs to be changed. Customers service is a main priority in the fast food field they for sure don’t got that

2 stars only because this is a very nice-looking clean McDonald’s. I went on 11/4 at night to get to coffee. This is a summary of my experience: -Went in, 7 employees joking around talking in Spanish, no one acknowledged we were there waiting. -When a cashier finally came to us I said: “2 Medium black coffees, one with 2 sugars, the other one with 2 sweeteners” then he asked what size, if I wanted milk or cream, and how many sugars. I think my initial order was clear enough. However, I didn’t mind since he barely spoke English. When he brought the coffees I asked which one had sugar and which one had sweetener. He said he didn’t know what sweetener war. I said Splenda or Equal. He the went to get the coffee again, brought me a new one and it had no sugar nor sweeter on it. So disappointing. I dealt with it and just sat down to drink my coffee. A couple minutes later I came to the counter to ask if I could use the bathroom since apparently they have to unlock it for every customer. I was very polite but the girl just yelled: “GO AHEAD”. I went and the door was still locked. I came back to the counter and asked her to please unlock the door, to which she responded: “YOU GOTTA WAIT. I’M NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO LET YOU USE THE BATHROOM”. I asked how is a paying customer not allowed to use the bathroom. She said she didn’t know I was a customer, to which I responded: “maybe you should ask instead of assuming”. Overall a terrible experience that night. I came back the next morning for coffee. This time I asked for sweetener on the side. This other cashier also didn’t know what that was. Their English level is very low, and it’s disrespectful how they just speak Spanish in front of customers. I obviously don’t mind if the employees are immigrants but this is AMERICA. If they wanna speak Spanish at work they can go back to Dominican Republic or Mexico.
Food is consistently hot/fresh, service is friendly, professional and efficient. I usually go via drive thru. Can't give much of an opinion on quality/ Cleanliness of inside
