Place 100% sucks, but there is this little old Mexican woman that works mornings and midday. She’s sweet, I like her, give her a raise. Also the people who worked at this time are nice and make the food right

I am actually an employee and this is the WORST experience in my life, the manager Melissa has a beautiful soul and I hate the fact she has to deal with the ignorance of her own other managers especially the morning manager. Very rude, disrespectful to customers and employees. I'm going to make sure corporate finds out about this location and management. I will be speaking up for US as employees and I'm speaking up for the customers, she's a BULLY and makes me feel very uncomfortable. She right now at 7:45 a.m is slandering my name in front of customers

I go because it's close to my home , close to my work . The service is rarely any good and always drama .

Hey if you gotta get late night you'd probably prefer it with no one asking for your hard earned money. Be aware some of these people may have ulterior motives. Keep your doors locked and don't even speak.Food: 4/5

Just plain unprofessional. Workers hanging out of the windows. Not attending to the drive tru. I had to say something after waiting 10 min with no line before I could place an order.. HORRIBLE

Sadest McDonald's I've ever been to and whoever uncle auntie on da drive thru needs to learn how to talk to people rude and inconsiderate I'll never eat here again NO STARS From me one is to good for them

First it's the ice cream machines, the Mac cafe machines... Always down. The cashier was very apologetic. Let your people know what's working and what's not working so you don't have people ordering things you don't have or can't make!

Worst customer services ever ice cream machine stay down so why have it. Went right to the one on Union got the best customer services ever great attitude ice cream machine working and they are very polite and great with customers.

To Slow!!!!!, need real people to work. The ones up there now are very lazy, and play to much. This generation is sad and pitiful, no manners, no dignity, no respect, it's just pathetic.

For the lady with the red hair, plus size,etc. We had such a long conversation and the order is still not correct. I order 1 kids meal cheeseburger with an added chicken nugget. That does not mean to jump to a conclusion she wants 2 kids meal a cheeseburger and chicken nugget. No it means exactly what was said 1 kids meal with an “Added” chicken nugget. Understand the difference. Instead of talking about the customer listen and work. You also ask multiple times Did I want a coke I said no several times. Just terrible.
