Maryland Residential Management

We have utilized Maryland Residential Management company for 20 years +. They have excellent communication with us regarding our rental unit in Crofton, Md. Any repairs or replacements that are needed are handled quickly and efficiently. They always check with me prior to initiating work on our rental unit. They listen to my suggestions when replacement appliances are required. I am fully informed prior to major work being performed. They also carefully vet prospective tenants carefully before signing a new rental contract. The fast response from the staff whenever there is an issue with our rental unit is really appreciated. My wife and I have always been treated with respect and courtesy from Maryland Residential Management. They certainly deserve the 5 star rating.

Wish I could gave a ZERO star. All this reviews are spot on. These women are rude and only out for themselves. I wish I had read these reviews before I signed with them. I would have chosen a different property that they were not affiliated with. I cannot wait for my lease to end. This going to be a LONG year with them. And why are they so behind the times? You can't pay your rent electronically. You have to mail it in or drop it off in person. Get up to date and set up an online paying option. If you are looking for a management company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. This is not the only site that has negative reviews on this company. So apparently everybody are telling the truth.

Giving this company a 1 is too high. I have never in my life had to deal with such a rude, money hungry group of women in my life! I am a great tenant with a credit score of 785 and always paid my rent on time or early. I've been in the United States Air Force for almost 18 years and have lived all over the world. Maryland Residential Management Company is the absolute worst!! Do not deal with them if you can help it. I lived in one of their condos for 12 months and moved, not because I didn't like the condo, but ONLY because of that company!!! I hate moving but that's how much I hated dealing with them.

Please, please do not work with this company or live in one of their properties!!! As stated the staff is rude, short and blunt. They only care about the money and not at all about the tenant. They take months to repair things and just make you deal with it (ex. My toilet not working) for 6months!!! They tell you to do everything yourself but when rent is due they are on it!!! They find short cuts to fix things and are not there to help you. Next time I see them I will run away!!!! I will be moving soon.

Staff is extremely rude and not willing to help at all. They are all about the money and could care less about actually helping a tenant to get a good home. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
