Excellent attorney. Went out of his way to help me with incorporating. Was responsive, night or day with any questions I had. Even called me while he was on vacation! We were running tight with some deadlines but he was quick and efficient. Kept me apprised through the entire process. Very reasonably priced, I would recommend him highly if you are incorporating. It’s always a little scary having to need legal help, and it becomes even more daunting trying to find the right attorney. I contacted a handful of them and one after the other they turned me away, I was beginning to get a little discouraged that no one would help me with what I need. I didn’t let it bother me and I kept going down the line calling. It was then I found Manjlai Law. I met with Haroon the next day and gave him some information in the issue I was dealing with. He listened to all my problems, and answered all my questions and really wanted to help. I can’t stress enough how comfortable he made me feel and the action he took on behalf of my company.
