Mamak

Been here many times in the past. Most of the time, the food is really good. Service can be a bit iffy, but it's usually good. Unfortunately, the food missed the mark the last couple of times I went. I'm hoping that it was just a couple of off-nights because it would be a shame to have to cross this one off the list. It's certainly worth a try.

Very good Malaysian food. My husband and I frequent this restaurant often and love it. The service is very very good. 100% would recommend.

When Mamak first opened, they offered excellent food paired with great service and pricing. Now that the business has had a chance to settle in, and go through some internal changes, they have settled into mediocre service, their prices have gone up, and their portion sizes have gone down. I still like their food, and they still serve the best Char Kway Teow in town. If you like noodles, this is a must have dish.

Mamak is a treasure. It's my favorite restaurant in the whole Atlanta metro. The food is amazing and affordable. For those not familiar with Malaysian food, it is best described as an amalgamation of all the best flavors of Asia: Chinese, Indian, Thai, Indonesian and more all coming together with a twist that is uniquely Malaysian.
