4/9/17 It’s not letting me add another review so I’m going to add to this one from 2 years ago! We had an emergency situation. I called Becca and within the hour I had FOUR gentlemen here to help fix my issue(s)!! Their courtesy, patience and professionalism was impeccable!! Steven, James and JJ were here to help with anything I needed and did not leave until everything had been checked and re-checked thoroughly!! What an amazing crew!! I cannot thank you all enough for everything!! Bless you all!!!
2 years ago.... I am new to the area but I have already recommended this company and Lee and Steven to several people. They went out of their way to come inspect my home the day I called. They all were extremely professional, concerned about making my situation better and only leaving once they knew I felt safe and comfortable with their findings and solutions. I strongly recommend this company (Lee and Steven) to anyone who needs a professional, courteous, safety oriented, compassionate group of people! They truly care about their customers!! Thank you guys and Becca! :)

Excellent service all the way around. Lightning Bug is a very professional firm that does outstanding work - Bobby, James and JJ are real pros.
Very good communication skills - not only called ahead to tell me they were on the way but also took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Work was done faster than initially thought and for the agreed on price. Definitely would use them again.

Bobby + Steven were awesome! They were so polite and figured out the best way possible to repair some outlets that had been short circuited. Job was done efficiently and we are very happy with the outcome! (:

Bobby was great! He quickly assessed what we needed done, which included a part replacement. The catch was, I had to leave soon to pick up my daughter from school and the part was 45 min away. So Bobby went above and beyond and called the supplier to have them come to us with the part! And another LBE electrician was finishing a job near us so he enlisted Steven to come over and help get everything done in the tight timeline. I appreciate everything they did. Great service, great work!

We are over two years in a renovation project of our home. First-timers. We hired a contractor that preformed all of the work and handled the subbing as well. WE have had some electrical issues and did not trust anyone. After reading the review in here and other websites, I hired Lighting Bug. We have done them in stages as we correct some of the install of our kitchen and switches. Bobby more of the lead made a great impression with us to get the job done at the best recommendation and keeping us up to code. Our electric panel was a mess and over load. We added a sub-panel to accommodate so more future project. Surge protector was recommended with all of the power outages we often experience in the summer months. It will protect the high end appliances that we installed not knowing this could be a problem. We feel much safer in our home after the discovery of items that should have never been done like so.
Personally I would love to write a review for the following.
1. Becky is amazing and always professional deserves what ever you guys are doing with a small business. Her updates are just to notch with communications
2. Steven is another great electrician that I would trust any day. His passion for the job to be done right and love for the company is great the hear.
3. Dustin did a great job installing the ceiling fan and assisting Steven for a full days job. The stayed as late as they could to finish up the job. I know they have families and just never complained at all about staying late. Even though they did not finish up they where concerned about interfering with our dinner. It was not a problem and it was no longer safe for then do to a thunderstorm. We thought it would be best to stop and they could get a jump on the storm coming up.
4. Nick was out in January with Bobby in stalled the sub panel and surge protector. Great job and very friendly happy employee.
5. JJ I met yesterday after the rescheduled install for the Ring Flood Security Lights. JJ also finished labeling the panel and assisted Steven.
