Last year had my taxes done by Jackson Hewitt. It was a terrible experience and I was way overcharged. Figured I would try Liberty. What a breath of fresh air. Michelle was so sweet and personable and didn't try to upsell me. Price was fair. I found a new tax home. Thank you.    Ken
