From the moment we pulled on to the lot with our trade-in, we were greeted by genuinely NICE people! It was obvious that the people who work at Leo's like to help others. That, to me, means a lot. They were quick to address concerns regarding the camper trailer we were purchasing and made everything perfect. The walk-through/orientation was very informative; and the guys on the lot provided a wealth of extra information just because they seemed to be genuinely happy to share what they know and love. The financing process was also handled smoothly, especially considering the little quirk we had with the trade-in. But, they went above and beyond to be efficient and helpful. We had been referred by friends to buy from Leo's; and we've already recommended Leo's to some more friends!

Found the RV I wanted at Leo's. The first person I spoke with, Sarah, was great. Her communication was fantastics her follow up was fantastic. She set me up with Bill to see the unit and he was full of information and patience. We ended up purchasing the unit and are looking forward to our first adventure. Thanks for making this a smooth transaction. Darren in Finance was also very helpful. Mike went over the operations of the entire trailer and answered any questions .

Our experience with Leo's was nothing short of great! The sales team was very responsive and helpful. There was no attempt at high pressure sales or dealing with "sharks in the water" type sales. We discovered them at the MD RV show and they were the only dealer that did not try to pounce on us like fresh meat! They were truthful in all that they said and stood behind their offer. They gave me far more than any other dealer offered on our trade in, which was only 9 months old so we knew that we were going to take some kind of loss. There were no last minute changes in the deal or "special add on pricing" at the time of signing the paper work and picking up the camper. The delivery team was great, they answered all of our questions and even fixed my brake controller when it failed to function correctly with the new trailer. Leo's is by far the best dealership I have ever been to for any purchase (cars, boats, campers). I know without a doubt the next time we are in the market we will return to Leo's.

My husband and I began working with Matt at Leos over two years ago. We had no clue what we wanted as first time RV owners. Matt had all the patience in the world with us. We went several times over two years, unscheduled, just to browse and everyone always treated us like royalty. Not once did we get the feel of "pushy" salesmen. We've experienced that at other dealerships just while browsing. They would tell us they didn't have what we were looking for but they would recommend something else. Never once, did anyone at Leo's or Matt try to sway us. Matt took us in so many different units and then took us back again when I just wanted to get one another look. He was completely honest about the pros and cons of each, based upon what our wish list was. He really listened to what we wanted and then we would see something and do a complete 360 and change our minds. Matt was there all along the way and was never pushy but extremely patient. He continued to work with us for two years in person, via email, and phone. We finally decided on the Open Range 2802BH. We had toured it several times and we just kept coming back to that one. Matt and his management honored the pricing from over a year ago when we had gotten a bill of sale on the same exact unit. We were so eager to pick up ASAP but the team was honest with us that they didn't' want to rush anything. When we went to pick up our RV, Matt was at the RV show but texted us before and after our appointment to ensure we were well taken care of, which we were. Josh who did our walk through went through everything, I mean everything. It was a great tutorial to learn our new unit inside and out. We couldn't have asked for a better team and Matt made it just that much better. We are now a Leo's for life family.

We started coming to Leo's to learn about RV's and all the possibilities and options a few years ago. Their staff was always helpful and knowledgeable. After visiting multiple RV shows and dealers we decided that Leo's was where we wanted to purchase our RV. We have enjoyed every visit to Leo's.
