L'occitane

I have been a Loccitane customer for years, I usually buy at airport duty free. But in this Grand Central store I found much more variety and excellent service from the store representative. Perhaps they do not offer as many bundles, typical of duty free, but it is really worth visiting this store, also because it is very accessible to get there.

I need some shea butter hand cream as a gift. The sales staff were very helpful and friendly. I subsequently tried out some cherry blossom hand cream as another gift. The young lady explain the product and introduced me to a few more different items with patience and care. I was very pleased with the service when my gifts were individually wrapped with great attention. Thank you.

Went to this location again on Dec 23rd. and was helped by Luisiana. She was great! her colleague was very nice too; lady from china. They definitely have a good team here! it is my favorite L'Occitane to shop at! Happy Holiday ladies. Your nice personalities make a difference. I have been to this L'Occitane several times throughout the years. It is definitely my favorite location to shop. This time I was helped by Meron, she was very nice, friendly and professional and helped me with my purchase and the items I needed. I definitely recommend this store mostly because of their good customer service and care for customers. I went on a Wednesday around 5:00 p.m. Thank you Meron. Merci!

This place is great for fragrances and aromatherapy scents. The staff is very helpful. At times they share samples of hand lotions to refresh and moisturise the skin.

This review has nothing to do with the products. I love their products, but I ordered some stuff online and they never came and from customer service they keep saying there is an issue at their warehouse and that's the only response I'm getting. Very sad I'm still waiting for my package

I received an excellent customer service from the representative at the store. She took the time to help me and answered all my questions! I was very happy with the great service I got! I will definitely be going back to this store!

You're in great hands at this location all around-from store cleanliness, products offered, to the welcoming & knowledgeable staff: I'm also very fond of L'Occitane's Cade shaving cream; a tiny bit with warm water lathers up great with your fingers or shaving brush. Cade is very gentle on the skin, and provides a smooth glide with each pass of your razor. Please visit this location and don't miss out on their men's line of skincare.

This is a chain store for high end products in skin care. They smell nice and come in many scents. I do like the vanilla skin products. Having this store at Grand Central is nice in case you need some lotions when it's cold out or to buy a quick gift before boarding the train. The staff is a bit lazy but will help if they see you are prepared to buy. Otherwise try the samples and be gone. I also do not like when you are treated unfairly. When a sales person helps someone spending more than $50 they get to cut the line over those waiting.

I like their fragrances and creams. It's nice to go in there just to check out what products they are coming out with next. Convenient in grand central too. It was nice they had cookies out if someone desired it. Staff was ok, but perhaps could have been a little more friendly.
