I've taken several KnowledgeWave webinars, including E101 and E102 for Microsoft Excel. I found these classes to be relevant, accessible, and helpful. The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable, and the 90 minute webinars have a hands-on element that I found particularly useful. Taking these classes has improved my efficiency and job performance. I highly recommend KnowledgeWave to anyone looking for professional development.

Working with Daniel St. Hilaire and David Thibault was a wonderful experience! It was my department's first time doing a remote instruction with 10 people and it went off without a hitch! I greatly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to work with us to get the job done, and done well. The attendees enjoyed the instruction and felt as though the content presented was very informative.

Knowledge wave has been a great resource! They are always just a click away. The webinars are informative and extremely easy to follow. It's great to be able to take these trainings at our own pace and start, pause and or stop when it is convenient for each individual. My staff have been using Knowledge Wave for over a year and we have been able to customize some trainings, access support and attend webinars that have enhanced the productivity of the entire crew. I would highly recommend every company to utilize the trainings through Knowledge Wave. It is a great way to get every skill level the trainings they need to succeed.

KnowledgeWave has been very helpful with transitioning our team over to Office 365 as well as providing other helpful Microsoft tips and tricks. I'd highly recommend using KnowledgeWave to get your team on-board and up to date with Microsoft skills.
