I was intending to send an email to customer service however there is no such animal on your website. I love your store, Tony in lighting (Norwalk) is awesome. The problem, however, is that I called the customer service number to speak with Tony (who I called Tom, my fault) and was transferred to the Danbury store (again my fault). I spoke with a nice young lady, who, when we realized that I was in the wrong place was unable to transfer my call, which means I had to hang up and start over with the customer service number again. This is just silly. With all of the modern technology out there, we can't figure out how to transfer a call from one store to another? Come on Klaff's . This is a simple fix and a huge customer dissatisfier. Also, don't you want feedback from your customers? Perhaps providing an ability for your customers to contact, in some form, corporate would benefit your company and customer satisfaction. Press Pressman is extraordinary. He is completely professional and very knowledgeable. His many years of high end experience pays off when you are planning any building or remodeling project. The products at Klaff's are high quality and very unique. We Love it here and will always come here first when in need something for the house.

For all Trucks with 13.6 follow ext 15 from i 95, then left onto rt 7 when left onto Monroe st when left onto Day st. Whis is the only one way to get there. Do not use N water st, its 11.3 bridge.

Customer pick up took a full hour! If they don't have it in stock at the showroom, you are in for a log wait. Same high prices of course.

Great products at a decent price, but the service is terrible after they get your money. Our shower doors were supposed to be in two weeks after we ordered them, 6 weeks later they finally arrived at the store. We paid for delivery, one week after they were in, still not a call for delivery. I would use a smaller source for any future purchases.
