Worst property management company I have ever seen. Staff is rude to community members and board members. Honestly one of the rudest least likable staff I have dealt with. Blows my mind people do business with this company.

I really tried to give this company a chance since I didn't care for the last company we had. Unfortunately, they turned out to be worse. There's just too many specific things to mention, but just take my word for it and from the other reviews to choose another management company.

No one has ever answered the phone when I have called. I consider myself lucky to get a call back within 2-3 days. They allow other residents to use them as a tool for harassment. Glad I am forced to do business with them.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are rude and unprofessional and Monique is not someone loan officers enjoy speaking with. They act like we are back in the 1990's and only accept written check has proper forms of payment. I hope I never have to deal with them again.
