KFC

The drive thru team member was trying to give me extra crispy, which I DID NOT order. She got major bad attitude when I asked for original. She slammed the window closed in my face as I was talking to her. The cook then came to the window and said "Unc you are messing up my line" and he walked away without listening to me. I asked for a manager and the female clerk then said the manager was not there and closed the window on me again as I was talking. I did not move from the drive thru and then the manager finally came to the window and I told her that I did not order extra crispy chicken and I told her what happened. She stated that she would take care of it. I was disrespected and treated unprofessionally and VERY RUDE. I will NEVER visit this store again, ever. Those employees need to be trained on the importance of customer service and they should not treat anyone the way the treated me and made me feel. All because of a mistake that YOUR employee made by trying to give me extra crispy chicken that I did not order. And why did the cook have to come to the window to put his two cents worth in?????? Very insulting to me!! I am done with KFC.

The line was long so I decided to go inside. I saw pans and pans of chicken but people were standing around. Got my 2 piece order and took it home. Chicken was breaded, fried, and raw. They need to go ahead and shut down.

Just left there and drove home with what were supposed to be 3 crispy colonel sandwiches. Arrived home to find 3 sandwiches with 2 overcooked chicken tenders on each bun. Rubbery and dry chicken tenders in place of a big chicken breast. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not be returning.

This location takes forever even with short lines and apparently is the only kfc I’ve been to that does not do a spicy famous bowl… even though it is plastered on multiple signs that a spicy bowl is offered.

It took almost an hour to get my food! The service was horrible and basically nobody was doing their job!!! It was just terrible and they should have a hiring event and hire qualified employees.Service: 1/5

DO NOT COME HERE I was in the drive Thur line the workers are just rude no manners if you want to get yelled at while you ordering you’re food than come there oh yeah and it took 30 min to get our food maybe if the workers here actually doing their job it would be faster , the worker at the window is literally having a whole 30 min conversation with the person in front I guess their related or something they’re even FaceTiming someone definitely never coming back these people need to be fired..

I had to go thru this line 3 times the first I got the order wrong the second time had to get what was missing. The 3rd time just realized I didn’t have a spoon or straw to drink with. They so focused on my bad day that they made it worst.

Came to just get sides this tone. The coleslaw was filled to the top. The corn and macaroni and cheese was partially filled. The last time we got sides was with the 12 piece bucket meal. Had the same problem. That time we received mash potatos and the container was partially filled. Mac & cheese was also partially filled. For $4.49 per large size, we should get a filled container. I don't recommend. Price too high for what you get. Wish I'd taken pictures.

I’m not sure Taco Bell + KFC is the best pairing, since the kfc part tends to slow the service. If you want truly fast food then go to another Taco Bell. Nonetheless, my KFC order took about 5 minutes only and it was so fresh. I got the beyond chicken too. Fries are salty so be warned. Bathrooms not super clean, smelled bad too.

the wings were really nasty they tasted like card board and when i went back they was basically saying it was nothing they could do for me mind you the worker in the back did not give me an receipt or offer me one i ate one and threw up not even 15 mins after leaving
