Gave them my watch 2 weeks ago for repair, and agreed to pay extra for a rush to get my watch back before christmas. I called them (they didnt bother to call me first) and found out that their supplier is out of stock for that item until an unknown amount of time and asked me to pick the watch back up. I asked if they could just wait and get it done for valentines day but they didnt know... WASTE OF TIME trusting them with my item. Will not use this store again.
