In the beginning, my system wasn't producing as much power as was originally planned for to meet my needs, due to underrated solar panels. The system and install were stellar except the output was less than projected. Intermountain Wind and Solar sent a representative out to assess the problem and find a solution. In the end, they offered to add panels to my system to boost it up to the original intended output. They have offered to make it right for me at their expense. I'm so relieved. After investing tens of thousands of dollars, in solar power I'm really happy with their response to my issue. Thank you to Intermountain Wind and Solar for standing behind your product. I would happily recommend them for your solar needs.

Good pricing and generally good communication along the way. They took care of all permitting and contracting and that was easy. Final installation project management was where it dropped off. The project manager wasn’t as communicative as he could have been, and while that didn’t affect the quality of installation it cause me some unnecessary stress. Post install communication has been absent except to ask for payment. I had to request videos and instructions to turn everything on instead of proactive follow up. I got what I needed as I am a resourceful person, but it didn’t match the awesome communication early on. All good in the end, but anticlimactic finish.

Great & easy process. Super impressed by install group. The installers even went out of the way to fix the stairs in my garage after I told them to be careful when going in and out. A gesture that probably took them 5 minutes but would have taken me an hour will always leave an impression with me. That level of service is the pinnacle that most businesses are trying to reach but usually don't.

Everyone was very attentive through the whole process. Some of the lag times were out of their control and they communicated well. There were some struggles with scheduling and return visits that necessitated extra time off work. Overall, a great team and a great job installing!

Adam was our salesperson. He was professional and not pushy. He explained everything about a solar system for our home. He answered all our questions and followed up when we had additional questions. Intermountain was spot on with their quote and dates for various steps in the installation process. We are pleased with our system and would recommend Intermountain Wind and Solar. The only suggestion we might add, would be to have someone help us understand the first couple of our new power bills.
