IHOP

We have not been here in years. We decided to try them and we were not disappointed. Our waitress, Angela was exceptional. She took extremely good care of us while there. She was also very attentive to her other tables around us. Now for the food. My husband had the build your omelette. It was huge. The people at the table next to us even commented on the size. I had the 2X2X2. The food was good and it was prepared well. They got my over medium eggs cooked right. The place was clean. The service was quick. The food was hot and seasoned. This was a good experience for us. Vegetarian options: Many options to choose from for vegetarians. Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten free menu. Also, you can make changes to your food based on your your dietary needs. Parking: Right around IHOP the parking can be a little tight. However, there is a large parking lot right behind the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: They have a specific kids menu. Sometimes they have coloring sheets for kids.

YUM! I was craving a good Blueberry Pancake and iHop did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and well prepared. We did wait 30 minutes for a seat but it was well worth it. The staff did a great job for being so busy!Food: 5/5

Maria was so awesome. She is the only reason I gave this place 5 stars. Because her service was excellent, she made sure the food was excellent. She engaged with her customer. This is the first time I have left a big tip. I'm Going Out to eat. But she deserved it.Food: 5/5

We were very apprehensive when we first walked in because it was very quiet and there were only about 4-5 other patrons in the restaurant. We were seated almost immediately and the waiter was very kind and attentive. I tried the new Oreo cookie crumble waffle and it was divine, albeit a little on the sweet side but it was exactly what I was craving! Hubby had the chicken and waffles and said it was really good as well. It was overall a great experience! Parking: There is a free huge parking lot around the shopping center that the restaurant is in. There is even a parking deck.

Myself, husband and soon to be 212/27, Son enjoyed our breakfast served by Raquel who, in my opinion, is a great asset to IHOP, in Charlotte, NC. I have been wanting chicken steak for a minute. And it did not fail. My son had chicken tenders and pancakes. Vegetarian options: My husband had avocado toast, with home fries and eggs. He too, enjoyed.

If I could make a review and leave zero stars, trust I would. I was here less than 5min due to disgusting dirty silverware I was given. Nothing turns my stomach quicker than dirty utensils or dish ware at a restaurant. And we aren’t talking maybe a slight speck, even though that wouldn’t have been acceptable either but I might could chalk that up to someone just didn’t see it when wrapping up the silverware. But come on, huge dried up chunks of food?? Who misses that?? Either it’s just pure laziness for not looking or just don’t care abt your job duties. Needless to say I wasn’t gonna stick around to order food and see what kind of dirty dish they would serve me on. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and definitely won’t be back. Gross just gross.

I waited 30 minutes for a short stack in Turkey sausage. When my first order came out it was cold so they had to send it back. I asked to speak to a manager And all he said that he would look into it not offering any type of solution for me. The manager on duty was BOBBY WILLIAMSFood: 2/5

For many years this place was one of my favorites, but they began to give such bad service that I didn't return for 3 years, but last night 12*29*22 what a surprise, delicious, hot food, fresh ingredients,correct orders,excellent service from KEVIN the waiter, restaurant clean. Alejo and the other 2 managers are doing a great job. We will be back soon. Thank you.

Foodwise it was what you'd expect from an IHOP and it was fine. But the staff was not good at all. I went there on a Sunday and a little delay on getting my orders ready is expected but it took them a long time to get our orders and get them ready. I hope the staff can attend the customers better in the future.
