Great experience.  They helped my daughter after she had a nasty fall.  Visited our home to check on her well being and gave her gifts.

Customer service could use improvement, but the place is spacious and the rink is nice. Need better arcade area. Most of the games didn't work.

They need to turn down the microphone when they talk. Its hard to understand what they are saying. Other than that its a great place. My children beg to go to Hot skates.

I came to the Woodlawn location at 5:30 on May 28thand attempted to use a coupon listed on your website for a Memorial Day SpongeBob Special for $10+$4 for skates only to be told to this coupon is NOT valid! This coupon came from YOUR website and is not being honored. This is very upsetting as I came to enjoy this day with my family.

Nice place for a child’s birthday party! Staff was kinda of aggressive but it was an overall good time. Our host was sweet and my niece loved the princess.
