Hooters

Gotta say, this was not as good of an experience as another Hooters I've been to. The service was alright, though we weren't checked on that much. I got fried pickles and chicken tenders with fries. The fried pickles were disappointing, but not the worst fried pickles I've had. The fries were pretty dry and the tenders were alright.

We sat at the bar because it was empty. We saw the remains that someone had sat before our arrival. I saw a roll of paper towels so I started to wipe the area in which we wanted to sit. I went to the restroom to wash my hands as my wife took her seat. Upon my return I asked if she ordered my drink. I only drink Tito's. She responded that no one had come to acknowledge her. She then went to the restroom and likewise no one said anything to me. I waited because I really wanted some wings. I then watched the bartender poor drinks and attended tickets as they print. We made eye contact and she decided to come over. She asked what can I get you to drink. I responded a Tito's neat and a water and my wife would like water as well. She responded; Would you like Tito's in the water? I really wanted some wings that's why I stayed. Then my wings come out cold. smh

Service was terrible. Took 45 mins to get our drinks. Then after we got our drinks they were wrong. Then after our server came back we told her she just walked off and we had to get another server to get them. We waiting almost 2 hours for our food. There was only 2 other people here. The overall was terrible and we won’t be back.

Went here with my children had a wonderful time. It was amazing. The food was good even my son Shrimp Tacos we demolished then so I didn't get a pic. And you see the other plate is empty as well. Everything was good. Their taxes is high as ever though $10 almost.

Just wanted to let yall know that you all have wonderful customer service and I will be a long time customer at this location. I did a online order and when I got home my wings were missing from the order. I called and the young lady listened and then transferred me to the manager who took care of the issue right away. I always love their wings and now I'm a fan of their customer service!

Gross, wings fried too hard, small and salty. My burger didn’t have the bacon it. Over priced, bathroom stink and was unclean. Service was slow, Hooters isn’t what it used to be. I won’t be visiting again.

This establishment do not serve women. I am a food and beverage manager and this has happened to me 4times. I have been sitting here at the bar for a hour no one has served me. A guy to the left of me came 15 mins behind me was served immediately. I asked bartender why haven’t I been served she apologized and still didn’t serve me. They are not under staffed and not extremely busy. Now it’s a guy to the right of me just walked in and he is being served drinks and I’m still sitting her with nothing. I will not be coming here again. This place do not serve woman

Poorly managed and run. Staff standing around gossiping, playing on phones, ignoring customers. Cooks eating in the kitchen. No prices on menu. Chicken tenders were just sliced breast dropped in oil, No batter. Just a lackluster experience for me.

Nice restaurant space. Good service however food just average. Cooks have a difficult time getting order right after even the manager sees it. Manager did compensate for mix up. He even stated food wasn't prepared correctly as menu stated.

I usually order to-go but ate in and realized I should stick to to-go. Wings came out wrong, fries came out 10 mins after wings, had to order a shot to add to the drink. Not worth the $81 bill I paid. Oh, and there were less than 10 people there on a Friday night.
