It has been my pleasure to work with Homeowner Management Services for several months. Competent, conscientious, and courteous service. I highly recommend them to any homeowners' association looking for a new management firm.

When we first hired HMS they did a decent job for a while. Now their service is terrible.

I try to be patient in situations but I must say that it's hard to be patient when there is bad communication. If I put in a complaint or notification that something needs attention and may need to be fixed, acknowledge it. Communicate personally with me and say that you are working on it. That's good business. I shouldn't be waiting for weeks before I hear from someone, if at all. On another note, don't come out to my home and fix something without even letting me know that it's been fixed and the job has been completed. Just bad communication all around. My rating of HMS will improve when I see improvement.

I remain disappointed. Your website is ridiculously outdated for online payments and I have yet to have anyone EVER answer the phone. You can do better!

Our community River Side Walk has used HMS since 1999 and they are great. The property values of all the houses has just about doubled, the place looks great and we love HMS. Ron is our Manager and he is great. HMS has done exactly what they said they would do. They have excellent financial reporting, great meetings and they inspect the community regularly. They are responsive and easy to communicate with.
