If I could give this place 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation. This is not a retaliation review nor is it a anger filled review. This review is simply to express what the management of this property refuses to allow its occupants to express. Firstly, if you call the rental office with anything other than praise, you will be placed on hold and told that someone will get back to you. Of course that will never happen. They find new ways to charge you money every week and threaten to evict you if you do not pay. Like the $35 parking fee that they've attempted to charge my 65 year old grandmother for twice and have harassed her to the point that she has been in tears. Let's not mention that my 65 year old grandmother has been sitting in 6 inches of water on her apartment floor for the last 3 days because it floods every time it rains outside and she's "afraid to call the rental office" because of the way they speak to her. Can you believe that? She is AFRAID to call the people that are there to serve her. This is an awful place to live due to the people they employ and I hope some day someone treats their grandmother/mom they way they have treated mine. They should be ashamed of themselves, but of course they aren't. It's fun being ghetto.

I just want to give a special shout out to Destiny Drummond for her Stellar Professionalism. She was there for me through My Application Process all the way up to my move in date. I recommend that all future tenants inquire for Destiny. She’s the one that will go the extra mile for you and if that’s not enough she will roll her sleeves up and put in work for you. Thank you so much!!

Nice looking property.. just the attitudes of the rental office staff.. I’ve delt with multiple people and it’s all the same. Why would I move here if you’re taking out the negativity in your personal life on potential renters? They all (I’ve only delt with 3 of the office staff) needs to take a course in customer service 101.

The worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. I don’t know where to start...the little girl who handled our paperwork (Destiny) lied to us about which unit was available, which resulted in us getting a unit with less amenities than we agreed upon. The day we moved in, we saw endless roaches. The shower, fridge, oven, and closets all malfunctioned. The floors are so thin we heard domestic arguments above us and always heard them walking/running back and forth. They randomly shut water off without notifying residents during the day. Trying to find parking without having to purchase a reserved space is almost non-existent. The front office doesn’t seem to care about your problems, they just want your money. Don’t move here, it’s not worth it.

I want to take the time, finally to rate this property. We moved here in October at first it was a bit concerning, YET Natosha ( leasing consultant) assisted us with great and prompt care with our questions and concerns. Julius ( mgmt), in addition welcomed us and followed through and made sure we settled in. I also want to speak on our personal maintenance guy, Derrick. He is always on it. When he see me he always ask about the apt/ home and assured me to let him know if something is needed. I haven't engaged with Destiny ( consultant) but she seems kind. Thankfully I haven't had any issues of some of these other residents on the reviews. Everyone expects their living space to be at ease and comfortable. I can say that as of this date -Tuckers
