Greenwich Village

This place was like a runner up to The Morgan that my fiance and I wanted to move to. Initially, we thought it was cool because we were in a rush. We did the tour, it was ok and decided to move in. The process was horrible. They stated I had 2 evictions when I did not and had to go out of my way to prove them wrong because they got the wrong information. I should have turned away right then. We moved in and discovered the water pressure SUCKED. The toilets run all day if you don't jiggle the handle and one of them made this weird loud noise for a while. The neighbors let their dogs urinate in the hallways and management does not turn the air on in the summer time until they feel like it so you literally gag when you get off the elevator to your floor. The elevator is slow and feels as though its gonna break down. The parking spaces are HORRIBLE! If you have a full size car, RUN! Our cars have so many scratches and chips from the parking spaces being so small. The management is weird. The gym is creepy at night, feels like someone is watching you since they took down the blinds for privacy. Can't properly workout without people looking at you. The gym equipment is old like the military bases equipment. It half works. The water doesn't get hot, it taste horrible and the water pressure in the shower feels like a tiny sprinkler. (Not what i'm use to) No security issues. Im pretty safe. A cop patrols around 230 am. (I work nights, that's how I know). When the front door broke down in our apartment building everyone parked in the back so we were forced to park in the front and walk ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BUILDING. My neighbors and myself tried to leave the door open for everyone to make it convenient for us and we got told to keep the door shut until it was fixed. It was fixed a week later. The fire pit Never worked since i've been there and it's coming up on a year. They don't plan on fixing it anytime soon either. For lease renewal, our rent went from $1470 to $2250. NEGATIVE, will not be paying that at all and they've lost their mind! Dogs use the bathroom where ever and my fiance almost got attacked by one in the parking lot. If you're considering this place DON'T. There's nothing luxury about this place but some marble counter tops and some high rise ceilings that are only on the 4th floor. It's not worth the money. Every time I see someone touring the place I want to scream DON'T DO IT! I wish someone did that to me. I can't wait for my lease to be up.

I have lived here since Jan 2017. The move in process was easy for me. I love my actual apartment. I love the area it's in. The rent is way to much for the area , it's supposed to be luxury but the management doesn't care about tenants the common areas are always stinky and trashy. The management also doesn't care about complaints. The parking is terrible and to get a spot close to your door there is an extra fee. The grill space looks nice but once again people do not clean up after themselves. The gym area equipment is always broken and it's not up to date when I moved in they said it would be updated but that was 9 months ago. I will not be renewing my lease as the rent will increase I don't think the luxury apartment name fits the building as a whole.

Absolutely love living here. There's not a thing I could say that's negative about this place. Wish the highway wasn't so close cause it's noisey but overall such a nice community and convenient to everything. Maintenance is great too. I would never move from here if I could!

For what I am paying for my apartment and amenities people are very disrespectful playing there sub woofers so loud that it rattles my windows that at times they are sitting in there cars for 40 minutes and i have reported to the office manager just brushed it off, i have seen several balconies with the wooden planks half way off, don't hire professionals to clean carpets. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS FAR FROM LUXURY. Its has bugs, spiders at all doors - they hire professionals to mow the grass and put down mulch, but keeping each building professional clean, they hire some guy that does a half way job.

Called to gain information about a SHOOTING that happened, and received much attitude from Amy in the office when asking what happened. Also, heavy leak in celing from melting snow, and took several days to clear the parking lot of snow and sidewalks as well.
