I had so much fun going through Graceland. The prices were pretty reasonable I felt and I loved that at the end there is a gift shop. I picked up a few things for family members who I knew were Elvis fans. I like how when you're put into a group to be taken to Graceland (which is just across the street), the group isn't too large. When you get inside, you get a head set to hear information about the rooms, pieces inside, as well as Elvis and his accomplishments. The decorations are very reflective of the time period as well as Elvis' wealth. There are tons of clothing and memorabilia to see from past performances. I didn't do much research before hand so I was surprised to see tombstones for Elvis and his parents. But overall it was a fun experience and I'm glad his family has decided to keep Graceland open to the public.

Amazing place to visit. Most people cannot say that they've been to Graceland in their lifetime, but I can say that I've been twice, and would go back again. The history and atmosphere here is top notch and unforgettable. You will not get in here and spend 10 minutes, you will be an hour or more if you want to see it all and get pictures.
Best part is that you are not timed, and you get a headset to eat room that you control, so there isn't a tour guide so you are free to go at your own pace.
Sad you cannot go upstairs. Everyone wants to see where the king died, but it is not allowed. We talked with one worker there and she said she had worked there for 6 or 7 years and had never been upstairs either. Only family is allowed (when they come). Other than that it sits behind a velvet rope with guards.
You will not regret coming here. Great trip with tonnes of cool photos and history lessons.

Second time there my first there since it has updated and expanded. The first time my husband has ever been to Graceland. So much more to see and learn about Elvis and his life. Wonderful. Will truly take more visits to see what you missed on your last visit and it will still hold your attention fully. Will never be boring even to small children there is something for everyone. Can't wait until we can go back to the home of the King of 🎸 Rock and Roll ELVIS.

Loved Graceland. We did the ultimate VIP tout. We had a four hour guided tour with a group of ten. Free access to the home and brand new 200,000 square foot museum complex and a free meal that was great. Also stayed at the Guest House at Graceland which a beautiful hotel and has free airport and Beale street shuttles. Overall a wonderful place at a very reasonable price.

I am not a diehard Elvis fan, but I will say that I had such an amazing time learning about his life and accomplishments. I paid $10 for parking and I think $60 or so for a ticket that included a tour of the museum, Graceland, and his airplanes. The experience was worth the price. I definitely suggest making shuttle reservations online in advance and EARLY in the morning. I arrived to the main entrance around 9:30am and the parking lot was filling up quickly! I was lucky to get third row parking. My shuttle time was for 10:30 but I didn’t get on the shuttle until 10:50 and didn’t get over to Graceland until 11:10. So, expect a few delays with this as there are a lot of people coming on and off the shuttle. The tour of Graceland took about 45 minutes and the entire tour of everything probably took around 4 hours. Lots of standing and walking! If you get tired, you can catch one of his movies in the theatre for a break. My favorite was his house, but the planes, cars, and other historical stuff was interesting too. The staff was helpful and courteous in my experience and I enjoyed picking up souvenirs from the gift shop— not too expensive, either. Definitely would go back!
