I had a great experience at GenZe!  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.  We rented bikes and had a blast getting to see all over the city in such a convenient way.  We'll definitely rent again whenever we return to Portland!

My husband and I rented bikes from here and it was an amazing experience! They have great bikes and a very helpful staff. They helped us understand how the bikes worked and we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place for renting and for buying.

Fantastic electric bikes, super reasonable cost to rent and great staff! I've ridden ebikes before and these were nicer than the others. Very smooth power delivery and not very heavy. Handled well too. If you want to see Portland, cover a lot of ground and not break a sweat, these bikes are top notch. Best part of our vacation so far.
