Geno's Steaks at SugarHouse Casino

Steak was so cold the cheese didn't even melt and they refused to warm it up. Noticed meat is precooked and rewarmed, not even made when ordered! Mushrooms were served cold and straight from a can. No whiz for fries. Worst cheese steak I ever had and last I will ever have here! Couldn't even finish the sandwich, threw it in the trash!

Expected more from Geno's. Very disappointed. Onions were not cooked, cheese as you can see was not melted. Wawa steak sandwiches are better than this. I waited 35 minutes for this??? Are you kidding me. Just not a good cheese steak at all

Families not welcome. Location is in a casino not the conventional center. No kids allowed. Avoid this place!

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. DO NOT COME HERE!! Only go to the original Genos this place is a knockoff and will leave you dissatisfied and disappointed.

We visited Philly from out of town so we had to hit the OG Cheesesteak locations and Geno’s didn’t disappoint. I’d definitely go back again one day

Went to Rivers. Terrible experience. Went to see show which was terrible , but on Friday night at 10pm, no food options except Gino's. The steak was Terrible. How can a casino have no where to eat. D

Excellent customer service made the transaction very quick and easy. All the associates have a great and positive personality. The food was very fresh and makes me feel like I'm getting a good portion for the price. Roast beef was tender and flavorful. Cheese fries had equal amounts of cheese from start to finish which I enjoyed. I will come back to this location even if i don't gamble at the casino
