Best kept secret in East Valley gaming. 

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. At Christmas time they had games Amazon was sold out of. 

I always try here first. Yay for brick and mortar!

None of the employees here give me any reasons to dislike this store. They are knowledgeable, and sympathetic in my perspective. Kai, (the man with brown, long hair) has to be the 'most' helpful GameStop employee I have ever acquainted with. We had a small conflict due to a problem with a preorder. Their computer systems regarding the matter weren't working properly. But once the problem was resolved, I got my pre-order, and the employees gave me a free item. I was grateful, for they didn't 'have' to do such a thing. I recommend this GameStop sincerely, the customer service is superb, and I look forward to going there next time.
